I've said that in the past as well. Considering this is Howard Stern News, why the hell aren't there any hotties doing the news?
I never hear the news anyway, but I sure as hell wish they'd stop marching in during the real show and interrupting the flow.
This will all be irrelevant soon anyway. Clearly the "news" is on the way out.

The news would actually be a good thing if they were actually used properly. What we have now is a Howard100 news team that isn't allowed to report on Howard or any of the major players (except Artie) and forced to do watered down versions of very limited and often boring Howard related news.
If it wasn't for Artie and Steve Langford the news would be a total and complete waste of time. Yet it could be so much more.... |

George flowers thinks he's above the show, great then leave and go sell inflatable furniture on infomercials. So fuck you, let the guys tell a bachelor party story without acting shocked that women of ill-repute were in attendance.
Penny Crone thinks she's a great reporter and howard loves her. News Penny, noone gives a shit you're a slut that blows cops. Your face matches you voice, and that ain't a good thing. Your son is almost as annoying as you are.
Lisa G...noone gives a shit about you. You bring down the news everyday. Wow you covered hip hop for how many years, and all you can add is "when rappers feud, sometimes its real?" Holy shit you're a genius. For being that annoying and unintelligent, you need to be a lot hotter.
Shuli, you're alright, even if mel gibson hates you and you start all the wars in the world. Hopefully when the news disbands they'll find a spot for you elsewhere.
So in summary, the howard 100 news does a good job at being intelligent and insightful as Ronnie the midget limo driver does being a bodyguard. |

I realize I am in the minority here but I like the news and believe the whole thing is one big joke Howard is playing. He realizes how crazy it is to have serious news coverage of his show and life but because tabloids do it he is making fun of them.
I would like to see the news get its regular spot back and have it on at a regular time. |

Yep, a waist of money. The news department must be downsized. There should only be news given on the air inbetween shows. And the news should only be about show times and special events on and off the air. Including plugs for the staff. It should be valuble to listeners in this way.
If this is not done. The news department will never be able to become important enough to pay for the cost of itself and its employees will never get the salery they deserve.
All that is needed for the new news department is one good employee reporting on show times and special events on and of the air including plugs for the staff. This one employee can recive a decent salery and easy work load. He or She would be providing a valuble service for the listeners and also would save Sirius lots of time and money. |

| I get sick of the "HOWARD 100 NEWS EXCLUSIVE" or "BEHIND THE SCENES" immediately after the reporter says exactly the same thing. I get that they're parodying the dramatics of the real news, and it may have been clever the first time they did it...but enough. Its boring and makes me want to flip the station! |
