Before all of the bashing I am a Yanks (F the red sox) fan first and foremost. In the area I live and grew up in everything was Cards. I am also a huge Cards fan, it is a fact we have been kicking ass the last couple of years and of course our dynasty!!
I just cant get over how the friggin braves kicked the SHIT out of us.. well DUH pitching |

I know our pitching is KILLING us. Weaver well thats just a sad ass situation. Maybe we can the damn dodger tonight it doesnt look like it though. They gotta get that asshole off the mound |

| Abreau for Reyes and last's year's first rounder Colby Rasmus is supposed to go down by the weekend. |

| Abreu is overrated, that would be a bad move. Also you have to consider the fact that the inconsistency of the pitching has hurt the Cardinals more than the lack of another big bat and will continue to hurt them in playoffs. Abreu would be a nice bat to have but to make a legitimate run at the World Series they need a top of the rotation starter. |

| I don't think Reyes is the golden arm of the future he is being made out to be. He's been injured several times and didnt' excel at AAA. There just doesn't seem to be much starting pitching available. There were rumors of a Dontrelle deal, but I can't see Florida giving him up when he only makes about 4 million a year and is locked up until 2008. I would rather get Burrell and see if Jon Lieber could be had. |

I agree they should not lock up any money on Reyes. I would friggin love to see dontrelle on the cards :D |
