Once again, thank you Mutt for having me back. The show went a little differently this time as Craig Gass was there and we were missing SFNer SerenadeMyMeat. We still pulled it off and had a blast doing so.

You must have heard the "Hottest Stern fan chick" contest on the radio before the move to Sirius.
Christine and Lori were the top two in the contest.
I'm actually very impressed with both of them on SFRT.
They're both articulate and know the show. |

Thanks man! If you are in the area, just make a few posts in Mutt's threads where he asks for topics for the show. Then mention that you are available and would love to come in. He's always looking for new people for the show and being a fan, it's an awesome experience to see some behind the scenes stuff that goes on up at Sirius. |

i spent 90 minutes today on the treadmill doing all sortsa different levels of speed and steepness which is good for my routine......i monitor my heartrate throughout and push the limits according to a chart i have worked out with my trainer.
as for jumping rope i am uncoordinated and wont even attempt that shit but i do box at least once a week with my trainer and that kicks the shit outta me. :box: |
