This is third time I have called today - 2 times I was hung up on and this time I got a barely english speaking spanish guy who speaks so fast with an accent I was about to kill him.
I went to stream the show today since I cannot get a good signal from in my home and it said it cannot log me in and to call their 888 #. Fine.
I wait 10 minutes on hold so they can say that my account is past due (today is the 3rd and they bill on the 1st). Last month the same thing happened but it was my fault, the credit card had expired. I went online last month to update my account and they happily took their money and boom - I have streaming again. This month the same thing happens and I asked why it didn't retain the old CC# and I get a long explaation that made zero sense and Anna basically said that I used my expired card last month (not possible) and that when an account is this past due (2 days) they cut service. I was pissed and wanted to be sure this wouldn't happen again so I ask how this can be prevented - how can I make sure Sirius updates are rebills my new card automatically, Anna gets attitudy with me, puts me on hold, then hangs up on me!
I call back - this time 20 minutes (I decided I will at least cancel ONE of my radios I don't use much so I can show how pissed I am) and who do I get on the line? Anna....out of all of the CSR's I get the same one that hung up on me. She basically states she isn't the same person (PR accent, attitudy, bitchy, same name, it fucking her) and asks for all of my information again. I give her my phone # and she says nothing is coming up. I then state than I would like to speak to the cancellation department I want to cancel my whole account. She says, Thank you for calling Sirius, if there is nothing else I can help you with, have a great day! And hangs up on me!!! WTF?!
Now I am on hold (according to my phone 24 minutes) waiting again for the cancellation department but I don't hear the background music that has been on anymore - I don't know if they hung up on me or if it is silent hold.....this is the worst customer service ever!
I am going to hang up again and call back - Sirius gets one more chance - if they fuck this one call up than I am going to cancel all 3 radios.
No service, no matter how good is worth this type of treatment..... |

| anyone else having a problem listening to the show online? i cant log in.... I called them and they said the internet would be fixed in about an hour.... despite the fact that it's been down for a few days..... and its weird that you can log into your account but the same password says its invalid when you try to listen online! |

They need to get people in the who can speak & understand English perfectly. |

| Sirius customer service does suck, there is no doubt about it. Whenever I have had technical questions I have either gotten hung up on, or I have gotten ahold of either 1) an old lady who has NO IDEA what the fuck she is talking about, or 2) a dude with a thick foreign accent who has no idea what the fuck he is talking about. Sirius needs to tune up their customer service, because it blows. |

When you first call it asks if you want to participate in a survery - I wonder if I will get 4 calls for the survey? Getting a bunch of shitty responses if so... |

I have never once had a problem with Sirius customer service and have always spoken to folks who sound American to me on the phone.
Of course my bills are paid... ;) |

I have lost count on how many times I called their customer service department & how many times I was asked to take the survey & they never called me for the survey. |

So 30 minutes later they finally give me a password and things of that nature to get the access. When I got online to check my account you would have thought I was from another planet. The dude who signed me up had everything wrong - name, address, phone number, email address - no wonder they couldn't find my account. Get with the program Sirius Customer Care. |
