On a side note, I am pleased to announce that the POOL SAGA has now come a close. The pool was plastered on Saturday morning and at 8PM last night, the pool is full! Landscaping will be completed this week, we are doing it ourselves! Pics will be up later today!!!!!!! :bigup: |

Authorities found nearly a ton of marijuana Sunday in a stash house near West Valencia Road and South Camino de Oeste.
Pima County sheriff's deputies were on another call about 6:30 a.m. in the 4200 block of West Valencia Road when they smelled fresh marijuana, said Deputy Dawn Barkman, spokeswoman for the Pima County Sheriff's Department. The smell got stronger as they approached the house.
The deputies contacted the Counter Narcotics Alliance, which obtained a search warrant for the house, Barkman said.
When alliance officers entered the house, no one was there.
They found 1,835 pounds of marijuana in a room hidden behind a wall, she said.

The house was "obviously a stash house" and had no furniture, she said. The false wall was removed to reveal a door to the room where the marijuana was stored.
The marijuana will be taken as evidence. No arrests were made Sunday.
This stash house was at least the eighth discovered in the Tucson area this year, according to Arizona Daily Star records.
Tucson is a key logistical point in the illegal drug business, investigators say. Shipments from Mexico make their way to Tucson, where they are stored and distributed to dealers in other cities and states. |

He should have been BLACK FLAGGED out of the race when he drove around approx 5 cars under caution to find his relative and then proceeded to bang on him and ram him ...

He drove a HECK of a race, from the C-main to 4th in the A-feature, but his actions during that caution were disgusting. Reminded me of a 2 year old temper tantrum ! Not the behavior of a world class sprint car driver. Its no wonder sprint car racing gets little respect or television coverage
Lasoski should have been put to the rear of the field for bringing out the yellow flag in the B-main. He never should have even been in the A-main. The fact that he wasn't put to the rear LIKE ANY OTHER DRIVER WOULD HAVE BEEN is nothing less than a crime. It's a "Black eye" to the race in my opinion. I don't like or dislike Lasoski and honestly didn't care one way or the other where he finished. Lasoski owes Doug Clark and Co. one HUGE favor for putting him back to the 5th position on the restart. Everyone makes mistakes, but I'm really having a hard time with the call that was made. I've never seen a situation where a driver brings out the yellow flag and isn't sent to the rear of the field. |
