| Im not in the same state as Brent but Im 21, 5"11 and i weighed 205 in January and now I weigh 170. The way I did it was work out one hour a day and have a small breakfast a big lunch and no dinner. It may be easier for me because of my age I dont know. Good luck to you Brent. |

Military member here, which means I have to meet height/weight standards at all times. I know how hard the battle is, especially as you get older. |

It can be done, but it takes will power. A good scare doesn't hurt as well. First heart attack for me before the age of thirty will make you change the way you treat your body.
Keep your head about and be sensible. Don't go too fast. Do it right the first time and there won't be a second time around. |
