I still think it was the parents, maybe this guy helped them, or they told him.
If you are familiar with the case, the amount of suspicious activities of the parents is overwhelming. Including thier throwing themselves upon the body, lying, disappearing during the search for the body for like 40 minutes, and saying they were checking the mail, reappearing with the body etc, handwriting evidence of the ransom note being the mothers handwriting. the note containing the EXACT bonus amount the father had gotten... the list goes on...
Still this guy that they arrested supposedly knew things that were no public knowledge, so he either did it, or knows the person who did it, or somehow got the inside information...
I guess we will see, and whoever did it I hope is either a) burning in hell, or b) going to.
and I dont really even believe so much in hell, but for something like this, I can always hope it exists.

I think this is a case where the gov't did everything it could to point the blame to the parents because it was easier than actually finding a stranger. |

but... the ransom note was practiced several times on the ramsey stationary, now what kind of killer sits around in you house and practices a ransom note while you are sleeping? especially when he is really just going to kill and not kidnap? and the handwriting expert said it was mrs ramseys handwriting, that is awful hard for the government to fake.

I recall claims of this nature... I think the National Enquirer was making them up... I've seen a couple in-depth stories on Court TV in the last few years, that have convinced me that the parents were railroaded by media in an effort by the local cops to cover up their own incompetence in the bungled investigation. All along there was evidence of other suspects that couldn't be explained... it was all swept under the rug. Private investigators are the ones that are cracking this case.
When the Ramseys were accused of killing their child, they did what any sensible person should do... shut their mouths and hire a lawyer. When they did this, the world was convinced they were guilty. People would say: "If they're not guilty, what do they need a lawyer for?" Well I'm gonna tell you!! The innocent need lawyers more than the guilty!! |

didnt see that, and I knew all of that BEFORE the national enquirer article came out. so I dont think THEY made it up so to say. I think if this guy was in on it, that he and the parents did it.
actually I think that mrs ramsey came into the room, and found her husband doing something to her daughter that she hated! so she went and got the flashlight and came back to hit his ass with it. but he heard her, and he moved out of the way and she hit her daughter instead, and then they both had to cover it all up, since she killed her, and he was doing horrible things to her.
that is my guess based on the evidence. Of course that was before this guy came along. but they will be able to prove if this guy wrote the ransom note!!!
Also the parents lied about what they had fed the girl, and they did not change clothes from the night before which is strange!!!!

but really, everything doesnt line up in this case, I am sure more details will come out. There are pieces missing from the puzzle right now. he may have been involved, or maybe he was paid to play the fallguy. as you suggest.

John Mark Karr's arrest in Thailand after he had vanished for several years was a mixed blessing for his 85-year-old father.
"I thought someone had killed him," Wexford Karr said Wednesday afternoon while sobbing during a telephone interview from his home in Atlanta. "This is such a surprise that he is alive."
But learning his son was alive came with the news that his son, who is 41, was arrested in the Dec. 26, 1996, slaying of JonBenét Ramsey, he said.
John Karr had disappeared after his release from jail in 2001. Karr, who relatives said had long spoken of a fascination with the Ramsey case, told his father at the time that he was being held for investigation of murdering the girl.
In truth, John Karr was being held while awaiting trial for five counts of child pornography, said Sgt. Rob Giordano, spokesman for the Sonoma County Sheriff's Department. When he finally was released on bond, he disappeared and was convicted in absentia.
Wexford Karr had never heard that his son had been arrested on any previous criminal charges. But a Colorado state official said John Karr has an extensive criminal record for sexual assaults across the South, including Tennessee.
John Karr's father said his son didn't go to college as a youth because he didn't have enough money to send him. John and his wife, Lara, had three sons in three years, his father said. The oldest boy is about 14, he said.
It wasn't until all three children were born that John Karr went to college, majoring in education. He graduated with honors, Wexford Karr said.
"He is just an exemplary son," he said.
His son's troubles can be traced back to a decision while he was still in college to write a school paper about the JonBenét Ramsey case several years ago, Wexford Karr said.
John Karr's college professor was so impressed with the paper that he encouraged him to write a book about JonBenét's case, his father said.
"He researched everything he could about her," Wexford Karr said.
John Karr spoke with JonBenét's grandparents, but her parents refused to speak with him, Wexford Karr said. John Ramsey told 9News on Wednesday that he does not believe the family knew Karr.
When Wexford Karr asked his son about what he uncovered for his book, John was quiet.
"He wouldn't talk

about it," he said.
The research continued when John Karr moved his family to Petaluma, Calif., and he told his father he had taken a job at a Catholic girls school in San Francisco.
While teaching at the school, John joined the Catholic Church, his father said.
Karr applied with a school district in Sonoma County, Calif., to be a substitute teacher in their K-12 system and received a state teaching permit in January 2001, said Superintendent Carl Wong.
In April 2001, the Sonoma County Sheriff's Department alerted school officials that John Karr had been arrested on a "non-school-related incident," Wong said.
"Based on the serious nature of that, we issued a notice of personnel action in June 2001, and he was never again employed in any capacity in the K-12 public school system," he said.
Asked whether students, teachers or parents ever had a complaints about Karr, Wong said, "None whatsoever."
After John Karr's arrest, Lara Karr filed for divorce.
"She said the name Karr has destroyed her life," Wexford Karr said.
The divorce prohibited John Karr from seeing his three sons.
"He loved those boys," Wexford Karr said. "They meant everything to him."
He said his son never lived in Colorado and had nothing to do with the crime.
"We are taking no stock in it because it's not his nature," Wexford Karr said. "This JonBenét Ramsey has destroyed my life as an old man. I thought my son was dead. I couldn't take it." |

An attorney for the Ramseys said Karr once lived near the family in Conyers, Ga., but the Ramseys moved to Colorado when JonBenet was a baby. The head of Thailand's immigration police, Lt. Gen.
Suwat Tumrongsiskul, quoted Karr as saying that he tried to kidnap JonBenet for $118,000 ransom but that the plan went awry and he strangled her. "He said he was in love with the child, she was a pageant queen," Suwat said.
Anyone who knows the case knows that the fatal blow was due to a head wound from a blunt object, even the Karr guy in the denver article said it was an accident, however in this article it is said that she was strangled, however the evidence of the case shows that she was made to look that way, but it was a blunt object to the head that caused it. so still things are not adding up.
also it shows that there is a possible connection to the Ramseys, when the lawyer admits that they lived close to Karr before they moved to Colo.
I am starting to wonder if mr Karr didnt work with the parents or know them, so he got information from them, that others didnt have. You did see where he tried to talk to the Ramseys? Supposedly they wouldnt talk to him? hmmm... potential for them to tell him the information that was not given to the public.

Karr said it was his understanding that Patsy Ramsey read letters that he sent to her. He said JonBenet's death was "an accident."

Ok, so I think it is becoming clear that patsy told him things about the murder that only her and mr ramsey knew. I hope he decides to confess to that as well. I honestly think she told him things and now he confesses to what she did.

I agree stonewall, except I know the facts of the case, and they are not fitting together. the ransom note for instance. it makes no sense for this man to break in, and practice writing a ransom note 3 times while inside the house, and then killing the girl.
Also the handwriting experts said that the handwriting was MRS RAMSEYS!
Also the note had the EXACT AMOUNT of mr ramseys bonus check, so how did this guy know the amount of that check?
Then you have the fact that this guy studied the case for years, and even CALLED MRS RAMSEY and talked about it. Since the evidence really points to mrs ramsey, and they believe that he did it because he knew things that only the murder would know... is it not possible that the murder TOLD HIM THE INFORMATION? and now he is using it to make it look like it was him?

I don't see this as evidence of anything. I know how much the CEO of my company gets for a bonus, because it's posted in the newspaper.

there were 3 experts, and they all 3 said it appeard to be her handwriting... the only one that DIDNT say that was the one that the RAMSEYS hired.
The part that you didnt know is also true. the pad that the not was written on including the pen were the ramseys, also the object used a flashlight HAD RAMSEYS FINGERPRINTS on the batteries, so it was thiers too.

yeah, well he said that he drugged her, but the autopsy showed no drugs, and he also said he picked her up at school. which is just plain weird since it was christmas... and at night. so I dont know what he is thinking... he isnt even doing a good job at confessing..
