I appreciate that it's a third-rail kind of thing, but the production/presentation of the Labor Day "Tapes" weekend was way off -- usually HS would tear someone a new a-hole for an hour or so over anything that wasn't every-hair-in-place perfect. There's something that's not right about it, like Gary yelling at some caller on the Wrap-Up Show on Tuesday. Gary?!? WTF? Something was way off and it's even more bizarre that no one seems to notice or care.
"Everyone loved the Labor Day show" made me shiver.

KARAOKE
- Who was the best? Who was the worst?
- Did anyone pick the wrong song?
- Was this round of karaoke more/less fun than the kareoke in vegas or the office party?
- What would make it more fun?
BEER LEAGUE PREMEIRE
- Tickets are in short supply and not everyone from the show will make it in. How should Artie make the decision? VIP Status, friendship, business, etc?
- JD got cut from the beer league premiere. was that a fair place to make the cut? unfair place? has jd replaced scott as the show loser?
- Why is artie running all this anyway? isn't this an unncessary headache for him?

It seems many STF members think we represent the majority of Stern listeners.
Can you tell us the number of registered SFN members verses the number of SIRIS subscribers that have been attributed to the "Stern Effect"?
I think the results might be interesting.
While important to the fans, the SFN may not have as a great of impact on Howard as we would like to think.

The Stern effect on Sirius....I tried for hours to get thru this morning after Howard discussed how successful the move to Sirius and 99% is BECAUSE the Howard Stern is on Sirius..NOT NFL...NOT Martha Stewart....this was a point Howard could also make: When you go into your Sirius account history...or Email Sirius thru www.customercare....the drop screen asks to choose category...Account...equipment....service and the last one is HOWARD STERN..it isn't Martha..or NFL ...or BlueGRass...or anyother channel..it's HOWARD....when I get my Email..they thank me for info and for subscribing to Sirius and because 99% of Q&A is for the Howard Stern show....they include the category...When he defends himself to these misinformed a-holes he should argue that point...also Mutt...can you discuss CENSORING on SFN..I'm a 20yr.superFEMALEfan....I wrote a reply re:Beetlejuice and the video of Beet...his Sister AND MOTHER....on the win johns job...and typed in that Douche Bag Traitors name...I did not realize the name was Banned...Howard says his name...I would have used the above or the "C" word..however did not know and the name was RETYPED..how can that happen??? With Howards defending Freedom of speech and written words.etc...I felt sooooo violated by someone retyping my words....I apoligize for typing that a-holes name ..however in the context of discussing that video you have to admit it was a huge moment in the shows history....Can you address the rules and discuss this on tonights show??? Love you ...Love the Show...Love Boots on the show....Mutt..how about a WOMAN ON STERN show??? Every week a panel of super FEMALE FANS of the show???? We are here!!!!! Oh,, I love when Howard discusses the VIew and ROsie Odonnel...it is hilarious to see Barbara Walters trying to get a word in ..and becoming so aggravated with Rosie...rolling the eyes...asking her to stop interrupting...today I watched the show and Barbara again asked her to shut up..she said "it's only been 3days" it's great TV to see this unfold...it will be the Rosie Odonnel very soon...the caller yesterday whined about being a mans show and told Howard to shut up about the view...there are many women fans of the show who WANT TO HEAR THIS CRAP..thanks Mutt |
