| The ATF doesn't care about drugs, that would be the DEA or local cops. ATF cares mainly about weapons, but I'm sure Bubba has the proper permits for his little throw down piece. |

My god if they want to go so low as to make an "example" of Bubba then our country and the state of Florida doesn't have too many worries..... Unless Bubba is selling something for other people's rattler or obtaining them illegally then I woundn't anticipate any problem. Gotta remember that Bubba's gang is the master of the "work." If he does have what he claims to have in the little pill box one would wonder how he got them----- Dr. Mark, Dr. Diacco (sp?) Not an accusation- just connecting the dots. FWIW....

Nothing can be done about Bubba's rattler. Everything he has in it is either over the counter or he has a prescription for it. He mentioned it on the air a few weeks back in regards to his flying.
Now, I guess they could try and say something about him giving out cialis to others, but they'd have to prove it, the problem with that is Bubba isn't just giving 'em out to anybody, those that do get them would never admit to it in a court of law, and finally nothing said on the radio can be considered proof that would hold up in court. |

| The ATF would only be interested if Bubba had an illegal weapon (sawed off shotgun....modified semi auto rifle) Florida is a pretty cool state when it comes to concealed carry permits(More states should follow the example) Bubba has a very nice piece.....and I'm sure he is skilled in its use and practices gun safety. |

Uhhhh....remember when he shot spice with the Air Soft gun? Gun safety carries over to any type of firearm, and Bubba doesn't practice it> |
