Please do a story on why the Howard TV in Charleston, SC has not be updated in two weeks. You're my only hope!

| It's not working in central NJ either, since August!! Calls to Comcast are a waste of time! They cannot explain why it is not updated. They are blaming the On Demand server, but attempts to contact On Demand lead the user to contact their local cable provider. I have since cancelled my subscription to Howard on Demand and have several friends who will not sign up until this is fixed. Can someone on the news team please look into this? |

| Call your local utilities commision. In all states there is an agency that oversees the cable company and other utilities. MAKE A COMPLAINT AND WATCH EVERYTHING GET FIXED AND FAST. These type of complaints come up when the cable companies try to renew their franchise agreements. |

I did all that and not a damn thing happened... I cancelled my HTV up here in Springfield MA because as of last monday (9/25) I still hadn't received the 9/11 or 9/12 shows...
Comcast said they had not received an update that included those shows, so that leaves me to believe that HTV is not worth my money if I can't get the shows Howard is RAVINGGGG about on the air every day... |

| Quick question for you all with trouble getting HTV ... are you watching through HDTV boxes or traditional digital cable boxes? Comcast's HDTV boxes need to get reset quite frequently due to their "sensitivity." Comcast can usually refresh the boxes over the cable line. Sometimes though, they need to send a tech out with a new box. I have had this happen to me several times. I hope this helps. |
