I just wanted to say that the customer service at sirius sucks. I have not been able to login into my online account since Monday. Each time waiting on hold for quite a while, I've called everyday since and have gotten different stories from each rep. I am on a mac, anyone still experiencing these problems?? i know, wwwhhhaaaaa

i agree, it does. there have been a couple times where ive had problems with their service and when i email them about it, after about a week they send me some generic response that usually doesnt even have anything to do with my problem.

Which rant was that? The one about your wife hating you, or the one about you actually having to work because you couldn’t log on to SFN 1 day. Or the one where you left work early to see arties move. Oh yeah you were “sick” that day (a Friday I might add). Are you sick today too? It’s a Friday you know.

Sirius Canada's customer service is great! They adress all my problems qucikly, and never leave me on hold for more than 1 min. I find that in most of these customer service situations, the customer can come off like an asshole, showing no respect for the rep on the line, and no one wants to help an asshole. Show some patience and respect and you will see a difference.

It is probably your firewall blocking the port or isp dude..its not SIRIUS and even if you got through they probably couldnt help.

I agree. I wish they had some advertising of the Howard channels on the packaging of the recievers ( they might sell more ).

good luck, it took me an hour and twenty minutes to get my problem resolved yesterday by the wonderful sirius customer service.
