cancel what? for $20 (2 radios) per month it's not worth the phone call. I pay $20/month for HBO and Showtime, and I barely find anything on those networks worth watching. you want something new everytime you pays your money? go to the movies.

Shithead. Did you forget Howard's a jew? Howard works more hours than any celebrity out there. You don't see Leno doing 5 hour shows five days a week. |

Personally I take off 2 Jewish holidays / year, and most christian ones. The jewish holidays are these two (because most are cultural, whereas today is required), and the christian holidays because most are banking holidays and I can't do any business those days anyway.
Howard takes the holidays he does, because it's in his contract. If you have issues with Howard's schedule, you should take it up with his management: Sirius agreed to the terms of his contract, including his days off therefore it's their fault, not his. |

Hey I am usually the first one to complain about all the vacation Howard is taking ,but he has taken this Jewish holiday off for years and it is kind of a joke.(played out)So cut him some slack and the rainbow room shit was the best.It reminded me of when the show was really good. |

Seems pretty stupid to threaten to cancel just because Howard take a lot of time off - one of my main reasons for getting Sirius over XM when I was deciding was obviously because of Howard, XM has baseball, but I can get the Yankees on regular radio. There are days I won't even listen to Howard, sometimes I want to just listen to music.
Howard actually said, if his taking time off is enough to make you cancel your service, then cancel. I'm sure when you take a day off from your job, it's okay, but howard takes time off from his job, and everyone has a fit. Move out of your parent's basement and grow up !!! |

i agree with u..... the only reasons for regular radio now for me are
baseball..... yankees/mets
news/traffic now and then
eddie trunk- his friday nite rocks show
other than that... nothing...
Dee snider and alice cooper do rock/metal shows but theyre not on the net nor heard in the NYC area well.... (dee's show House of Hair... not the fangoria show)
the only advantage xm has now is baseball... but its not enough.... |
