Yeah, work finally caught on to 40% of its employees streaming sirius (this is out of a national company of over 2000 people!). Anyone got any tips for getting around this (mirrored streams maybe)? hs.com is blocked also and I can't get reception on a standard receiver in my interior office.

If they only blocked the sirius website and hs.com then you can probably just intall the sirius yahoo widget

First you'll need to download and install the widget engine. http://widgets.yahoo.com/

Then download and install the Sirius widget. http://widgets.yahoo.com/gallery/view.php?widget=38478

can you get into your internet option and use a proxy server to bypss your comapny firewall. or if you can use a USB jump drive install Firfox on it and setup a proxy through to get to any website, or install like the Yahoo widget on it and you should be okay.

Proxy server works for me.

Google proxy servers and do some home work and try and find some that work for you at home.

hope this helps.

Thanks for the great suggestions. No problem downloading the engine and widget but the stream itself is still blocked.
