Hello everyon
I was looking for any info anyone might have to complain about the S50. I bought one from an online store with a warranty. Now the crap is not working and is still under manufacture's warranty so I've been dealing with Sirius Warranty dept. They keep saying the new S50s have been on back order for 4 months!!! They don't know when or if they will make more, the are just waiting to hear from the corporate office. Does anyone have a number or address for Sirius Corp.? Thanks for any help |

I have had the same problem -- I've been waiting for my S50 since early June.
Here's a forum for S50s (it includes phone numbers, addresses & support from others with s50s):

don't use that number -- there's one specifically for S50 support:

| i ended up getting my S50 for 200 bucks and have had no problems with it at all. have had it since February? i'm no help |
