I think it's the same thing with every cable company, they just don't think it's a priority since they already have you hooked to paying every month. If you cancel for a few months then come back, and if everybody did that maybe they would take notice. But I doubt it.
Our cable company (Rogers) even put a notice on the program list for a while saying....
"some shows will not play properly and if that happens, keep trying over and over"
What kind of shit is that. I called several times and they credited back the fee 3 months in a row.
It's a pain but call your cable provider and stand up, stop bending over......

I just looked and our cable company has that episode of 10/10 and I'm watching it now.
So I guess the cable is getting better at the updates, after all the refunds.
Will report back.

Sure there is a lot of stuff there, but we dont care for 30% of it. Its all on taste. Also, we need more stuff on there. I got through it in one weekend and then what? I have the other 28 days waiting on new stuff.
Also, if you can order Howard TV for anytime you wish and cancel, cuz they only charge you per day. So if you have a free weekend, you can pay what, a dollar and watch all the material and then cancel, then the next month order it again.
Works for those that dont want to sit on that old material. |
