I have heard that they have been trying, and have been the "pioneer" in weather control. I always just laughed... Untill I saw this video, now I am convinced weather control is possible... I dont think that you can create and direct hurricanes yet... but hmmm...
The video is worth the 10 minutes, just to see what is possible... and wonder what you dont know about...
for instance they talk about making floods in vietnam.... |
