| it was for a while: they had one of those online movie sites (like the one that sells views of the Paris Hilton sex tapes) selling it. I guess not enough people bought into it. |

There is an illegal site that sells Howard TV shows and radio shows. You buy tokens and get so many hours of viewing per token. Could be what that guy was talking about. |
