I've made sure its all the way in the cradle and locked, and then i check to see if the plug on the back of the cradle is in, which it is. Is this just a satelite issue in and around boston (and as far nort as lowell, ma) or is it a radio issue? DamageInc537 cool thanx man JOSHMAN I had the same problem.
