| Bummer of a start to the sports weekend here ... Sabres lost in shootout last night (damn I wish they would've had the record outright instead of having to share it with 93-94 Toronto Maple Leafs) -- oh well. Bills have a BYE this week (they'll probably find a way to lose this week anyway). All I have left to root for is NASCAR and the ABC Masters Tournament finals on ESPN (it's bowling, for those WGAS). Other than that, my wife may actually put me to work on my day off. |

The War of 1894 was another classic. The 17,950 people packed into Paul Brown Tiger Stadium witnessed the Massillon Tigers defeat the Canton McKinley Bulldogs 10-7. The difference in the game was a 47 yard field goal into a stiff wind late in the 3rd quarter. With the win, Massillon moves into fifth place in the Region 2 computer standings and now has a date with the Perry Panthers at Perry next Saturday night.
The early NFL games here are Baltimore at New Orleans and Atlanta at Cincinnati. The Browns host the Jets later. Team Butler for the race will be annoucned shortly. |

No your right, that is what scares me....maybe I am biased or whatever, but they could be just as easily undefeated though. What I mean is they aren't finishing there games the way the should, ie lossing on the last drive. Jus my opinion. |

I hate that rule about competing broadcasts in the home area. I would have a second game to switch to during the early games if it weren't for that rule!!! Or like Hawg likes to say rrrrrrrrrr!!!

How well do the blueray discs from Sony actually copy? I usually make legal backups of my original discs (CDs and DVDs) and take the backups with me in the truck so that I don't damage the originals from all the bouncing around. Click is a blueray disc, which is why I ask. |
