Can someone explain this to me? I listen to Howard live on 100 at work and can listen uninterrupted. Not one drop out. Check the signal indicator and SAT is 0, TER is 7 out of 10 bars.
When I go to 101 directly at the end of the live show to listen to the reply, it drops out 25% of the time throughout. Same singal meters - SAT 0, TER 7. It happens every day.
I don't get why. |

| A few of the Starmate Replays had this problem. It basically needs to be replaced. Depending on where you bought it you may need to contact the retailer how to solve it. I don't think there is an easy fix other than to get a new one but I may be wrong. You may have to go through Directed Electronics Warranty Dept at 1-800-876-0800. |

Ouch. Really? Thanks for your help. I think I'm going to roll the dice and just deal with it as I've dealt with them on a replacement for a different Sirius radio last year and it took way way too long and dealing with cust. service was a nightmare.
Thanks again! |

There could also be external interference. When I drive to work there are always 2 spots where the signal cuts out but the bars are still full.
Does this happen around the same time when you are not at work, say, at home or driving? If no, then you may get some interference at your workplace. If yes, see Sirius_Store... |

No, doesn't happen at the same time. Some days it's totally fine - not one problem. Other days it's just ridiculous and unlistenable. I don't have the problem listening live on 100...only when I go to 101 to listen to the replay.
I don't know about it happening away from work as I'm always freaking here...but the radio in my truck is different than the radio in my office and they're both different from the one I use in the house.
