Thank you PA!

I've always been proud that we vote in the best candidate regardless of the letter behind their names (President: Kerry, Gore, Clinton, Bush Sr, Reagan, Carter...Gov: Rendell, Ridge, Casey Sr, Thornbourg Sen: Arlen).

Santorum has always been the exception. But when you vote 98% of the time with the worst President in history, things eventually work out for the best of the country.

See Ya, Dick!

Both Fox and MSNBC have called it.

Normally in PA the results come in from the cities first and then the rest of the State. If the past is anything to go by Santorum is about where you would expect him to be this time of night.

CBS has it 73% to 27% for Casey leading. Thats with 49,000 votes counted.

Good job PA!!! Now if California was smart enough to take your lead.... hopefully schwarzenpecker is out tonight too!

As a republican, I voted for casey because I prefer his stance on man on dog action. That and I think Bush needs to be told that he has taken this country in a terrrible direction. I voted for Bush in 2000 because I was nieve enough to think that he was an outsider that would build consensis. I voted for him in 2004 because I disliked Kerry and thought he was too liberal and unlikable. If I could do it again, I would have written in Howard Stern both times.

such a shame., rick was a smart guy and a guy that wanted to be tough on terrorism. i lliked what i heard in his debates in the senate, but when it came down to the vote he was a yes man for bush. it dont matter how smart someone is, if they let someone else think for them they are useless.

see ya rick.

I don't see where Santorum changed any of his positions since 1994!

u vote for ppl on likability? how dumb is that? u voting to be friends or or u voting for someone to make logical decisions for our country.

bush is very likable. hes funny, down to earth, knows how to tell a joke. likes football on sundays, ect. but so what? richard is likable too, but we dont want him to run the country

fuck positions. im taking about votes and decisons that have nothing to do with liberal or conservative. i care less if a guy likes or hates gay, is pro life or not, or want everyone elses wife to stay home and cook, except thiers. as long he consults experts and makes smart decisions on things that matter. im telling u he was a bright guy and seems to understand terrorism. but he choose to do what bush wanted instead. we need a senate that will advise and consent, not be an echo chamber for the admin.

its a fact. the commen person related more to bush then kerry. bush is more personable and likable. bush speaks in simple terms hes more down to earth. kerry speaks in complex terms and uses big words and many ppl cant relate.

How many people from CT do you know who have southern accents?

How many of those people buy houses in TX with no crops or livestock and call it a "ranch"

How many of THOSE people need to purchase an OLD barn and have it moved ontot heir property so it looks like it is a real ranch?

I hear you, acefree, but i'm not kidding!

The man actually had to buy an old barn and have it moved to his property in Texas so it could be in the background of all the news reports...

I'm just saying Bush is no cowboy. The cliche "all hat, no cattle" applies to him perfectly....
