Well, the Super Fan Roundtable will be in LA this Thursday. I'll be hangin in Beverly Hills with Johnny -- censored --, Johnny Jr, & KC.
I got alot of volunteers for this show. I'm going with Jessica Hahn, clahners, copter, & the hand. Johnny -- censored -- & KC will be there too. King of all Japs fell threw. Good thing I had a backup ready. if we loose another one, I'll just have KC sit in.
I'd love to get together for beers with the LA SFNers. The show is live 4-5PM & we're going to hit El Guapo Cantina right after the show. It's around the corner from the Sirius studio. MAP

WIN ARTIE'S JOB
- Artie made a development deal with FOX for his own sitcom, to be written inot an exisitng sitcom, or possibly even a late night talk show. He stressed that this isn't a commitment to do a show & just an paid agreement to look at shows. What is the fan reaction?
- What are the odds that this devolment deal works into a show? What kind of show would you like to see Artie in?
- Artie's Sirius contract is up in January & he says he needs to talk to Howard in private concerning this deal. Is Artie is leaving the show or looking for financial advice?
- Is there any way he can do a sitcom & the Stern Show?
- Artie says he needs to work out some details with Dana, is he moving to LA? If so, will Dana follow?
- Artie said on the wrapup show that this doesn't mean that he's definitely leaving the show but might mean that he's leaving in 10 months. If he leaves, who should fill his seat?

Ha ha! Actually, I think I might be allergic to smoke (or at least really sensitive to it). I hung out with the guys in their hotel room on Saturday in San Diego. EVERYONE was smoking, in CA, we aren't used to people smoking indoors, my throat has been fucked up since. I'm finally at the point that I'm coughing all the bad stuff out! |

I'm an idiot, I should've known better, I get that way after I come back from Vegas. I actually sat right next to the sliding glass door to get fresh air, but Sal was smoking right outside. My cold-blooded ass didn't want to go outside and be in the cold. |

| i think it needs to be touched on how generally annoyed Artie seems to be getting at this whole Dana thing. i know there have been discussions about it on more/less but it seems like Howard has found his buttons and has no problem pushing them. I always call in on monday 'cause Howard is usually in a wicked mood and hangs up on people This means you can actually get through and put on hold. I've noticed he's much nicer on Mondays since he moved to Sirius but old habits die hard.

I sent a megaphone to the show after almost pissing myself when Grandma Stern & Beth O. (who needs to switch to filter's apparently) called in last week! Artie should get the voice synthesizer (ala Cookie-puss) and do an "impression" of Howard & Beth O.'s fetus.
BUT - has Howard scaled back his megaphone because of Artie out *megaphoning* him? He says "no" - but, wtf? I haven't heard G'ma Ciprio or Dana that much this week. There were tons of opportunity yesterday. hmmm...
Oh yeah - and an over/under line should be set on when Beth O.'s "engagement chicken" finally kicks in - and Ralph gets a bestman dress.

Mutt i can attend the after show party.. Downtown LA is 15 minutes from my house and i was actually planning on going out that way anyway.. There is some cool drinking places in Burbank which is away from all of the Hollywood congestion. Just a suggestion.

As musical trends on the Strip changed towards heavy metal in the 1980s, the Rainbow followed suit. Members of Mötley Crüe, Poison, and Guns N' Roses frequented the bar. It was mentioned in a number of songs, such as "Sunset and Babylon" by W.A.S.P. and "Peach Kelli Pop" by Redd Kross, and featured in the videos of November Rain and Estranged by Guns N' Roses.
The Rainbow still attracts celebrities, but its clientele - particularly its male clientele - is increasingly aging as fashions have passed it by. The Rainbow has never abandoned its rock 'n roll character. In June 2005 the Rainbow Las Vegas opened.
