Thier customer service/overall operation sucks.Quick backround on my problem w/them.Back in november i ordered just 3 tee shirts,my plan was to send one to each of my brother's and sisters who live all over the country.I figured they would get the shirts at the end of november and wonder what it was all about,then,come xmas,i was gonna send them all a sirus radio.Well that got shot to shit cause sirius NEVER sent the goddam tee-shirts in the first place.Everytime i called i got the same old bullshit line"they are going out in a couple days" :rolleyes: ,they have billed my credit card even though they still haven't shipped anything out.Needless to say,i never ordered the radios,fuck that.
It would seem to me,a company that is perceived to be struggling,would want to put their best foot forward during the key buying time,the holidays.But,i guess not

shirts came to $17 a piece for a total of $51.00,if they would have actually sent the goddam things,they could have made hundreds,if not more.So bad buisness yo.

Sirius should fire all these worthless fucking DJs they have on the music channels and hire more CS staff. It's a miserable company to try and deal with if you have a problem.

Sirius took care of me when I had a problem. I replaced my Xact visor with a Sporster replay and found that the Fm Modulator was too weak to send a strong signal to my car radio. I called customer support and they put a 20$ credit on my account and sent me to best buy to get a FM modulator Relay wire to hook into my car antenna, Now I get a strong signal with no static.

They do suck!!!! and have for two years + now (but they will help you out EVENTUALLY, Just don't have a stroke before they do.)

The only problem I have found was being a canadian grey market subscriber, is I wanted to purchase a new radio when they promo'd the "get your own Sirius" but they refused to send it up to canada. When I bought 1 they wouldn't give the key chain. They just don't seem to give respect to the 10 000's of people on the grey market. Hell my first sub. was a lifetime and now my 2nd 1 is to for my wife. $1000 gone and they couldn't give a radio or a key chain.
