| I never had an mp3 player b4 my Stiletto so I have nothing to compare it to. It takes almost 10 minutes to download a 1 hour audio file to the Stiletto. I found it slow but like I said, I don't know if it is. |

Yes, it takes longer to load a file into the Stiletto 100 than an iPod. The Stiletto is an MTP media player. Media Transfer Protocol devices are generally slower than USB mass storage devices when it comes to data transfers. The tradeoff is that they can use their own filesystem, rather than FAT.

Spoke to my Bro and he said the reason it takes so long for me is because i dont have a USB 2.0. going to buy one tomorrow.
I'm dissapointed that it only holds 800mb of MP3s though(250 songs avrg). still is a bad ass piece of equipment. |
