Does anybody here own the Sirius Conductor?

I would like to know how it performs and what kind of range you get with the remote in feet and number of floors or walls, etc.

Thanks!!

Oh well, bought one anyway (to catch the $30 rebate).

I will report my comments once I have fully tried it out.

Well, you can start here http://www.sternfannetwork.com/foru...threadid=193135

Check out here http://www.tss-radio.com/sirius-con...tem-p-3901.html

and wind up here, where I got it http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/SIRI...roductDetail.do

Its a home-based Sirius radio with an RF remote that has the Sirius display in the remote, instead of on the receiver.

The remote can also be programmed for up to 12 different audio and video devices, using codes and learning features, and an IR blaster.

The remote has a few quirks to learn but no probems after a day or so of use.

I hooked it up to my stereo (via optical input) and to my wireless headphone system.

I can now select and browse channels (30 presets) from anywhere in my 3000 sq ft home, and the remote even works from my basement and in the backyard.

The rage of the remote is up to 150' out in the open, but it can easily travel through 1 or 2 walls for more than 50' in all directions.

My wireless headphones (and wireless speakers when I need them) now give me Sirius, with full display and browsing capabilies, anywhere in and around my home.

:p
