| My s50 reads No Channels Available ,it was working fine then nothing,is it beyond repair? I tried to upload the latest updates -re-boot it but I'm not geeky enough. I called Sirius and after 25 minutes talked to some gum chewing heifer and she was no help .Its a year old and she says to take it back to BestBuy and if they don't take it back then buy a new radio..then Sirius sent me a customer service survey and I really gave it to them.I don't want a Stilletto I just want my s50 fixed or replaced.Anyone else have this problem? and does anyone want to sell their s50 if you upgraded to a Stilletto? Thanks... |

| Those Limey pricks are trying to fuck me as we speak on my s50 that I had for 34 days before it broke. 6 months later, they now have a replacement for me. Their customer service is fucking terrible. |

Remove from power,take the battery out for a minute and then put it back.That should fix it.I did the advance exchange deal-you give them your credit card# and they send you a complete kit,you use what you want and send back the defective/old equipment within 30 days or they charge your card.
Call 1-866-257-7726 for Sirius Warranty and get a claim going.Just be persistent-I didn't really have any issues other than I wasn't the original retail purchaser so I had to fax original receipt and acc't #,etc.I haven't had any real issues with my new unit(at least not as severe as the old one-just a couple of quick power off resets).I also got 2 months free service,a free professional install card and an FM direct modulator -I sold both on eBay.
I love my S50 and can't be away from it for more than an hour or two!!! |

| thanks for all the advice.I'm still waiting to hear back from Sirius in regards to my customer service survey.I have tried taking out the battery ,I've re-installed the software twice, something tells me there is a way to fix it ,anyway i did get a new s50 on e-bay for 119.00 ,free shipping and I should be able to get the 100.00 rebate since Sirius extended the rebate deadline.Listening to Free Radio is driving me crazy but Danny Bonaduce has been added to Adam Carolla's show so he should make it more interesting. |
