Probably my favorite prank call to date, even though Ned didn't have any catchy jingles for the product at the end - which is usually my favorite parts of past calls, like Catholic town.
I had been typing out my favorite things he said during the call, but then my computer shut down grrr. How he doesn't start laughing during those calls baffles me.
The lady's responses also really made a great call into the perfect call.
That would be a good one to send to Howard to get him to play on air, I'm sure they'd love it and the cross promotion from a call like that would get a lot of people tuning into Bubba's show when they see what they've been missing. |

Lately I have been missing the best stuff. I rolled into my bed room right as the clip was being played for the first time. Caught the very end, heard a little, and Bubba was saying it was gold and he would definitely replay it before the end of the show.
I got cold and had a couple of blankets thrown over my wheelchair. Passed out immediately. To say I am pissed is the understatement of the year!
Ned is the best and his prank calls are his best stuff!

So we've gotten a few phone calls and emails from listeners of some obscure radio show about a supposed on-air phone call to our offices, in which our receptionist -- how to say this delicately? -- ummm, loses her cool.
Well, we're sorry to report that the whole thing was fabricated by the very clever radio personalities, and while we appreciate that they found the beer label censorship story worthy of their valuable time, the truth of the matter is that we don't even have a receptionist. The chick from Jersey they hired to play one sounds pretty hot, though -- OK, the homophobic stuff wasn't so cool, but otherwise -- and we'd hire her in a second if we had the scratch, but we're sorry to say that if you call our office, you're probably just going to get me, and I'm always charming.
Anyway, while you're here, please read up on the label censorship story, and then go buy some of our beer for chrissakes. Maybe then we can afford a receptionist . . .
