i love tuesdays daily show because FINALLY they had a show that was focused on staff moments rather then a guest. they should do this every day. FUCK THE GUESTS ALREADY unless its something we REALLY need to see.

I had a little "moment" when I watched this show. When Will was talking about how he got engaged, Howard says (about Will's fiance) that she did not leave an impression on him. Then Robin says, "why should she be trying to impress you?" And Howard responds with "I'm talking about on the hot-o-meter. Shouldn't she have made me perked up-my little boner should have gone up. I'm just being honest here." I thought "holy shit, that is fucked up. He shouldnt say stuff like that". Here's a guy who is about to get married and someone basically tells him that his soon to be wife is ugly. But then I thought about it a little more and realized this is why I love Howard, he doesn't say what is supposed to be said, he tells it like it is- no matter how brutal or insensitive it may be.

Staff only shows are deffinately great, but nobody else on the planet interviews like Howard. There are a lot of half-ass fans (eg. my wife and her friends) who love Howard mainly for his celebrity interviews because of how much info Howard gets out of them like no other host. I see both sides have their point. True hard-core fans want to hear more of Howard and the staff.
