had a problem with my stiletto on Wednesday where I got an antenna not detected right in the middle of the show. I called them and they gave me the product support line. They gave me a FUCKING PORN NUMBER.
All I did was take the battery off, put it back on and it works fine. |

it's true. sirius is a great service but they are shitty at customer service. my radio broke and it was under warranty. i was told that while i didn't have it (had to send it in for a replacement) i would not be charged. when i got the new radio they charged me an activation fee. they had also been charging me the whole time it was gone and charged me for a second subscription on the new one. they eventually took care of it but still...
my girl ordered one through them and returned it immediatly. they had already activated the radio even though it had never come out of the package... |

| I called them Christmas day to activate my new second radio and the customer service was awesome. But then again, that might have been because I was about to shell out some more $$$ |

| I had a really bad experience with Sirius customer service as well. I'm have problems with my original sportster, the backlight is flickering on and off which makes night time use difficult. I got in touch with tech service and they told me there really wasn't much they could do and that the warranty had expired. The tech service rep did give me the warranty dept phone number and a "secret number" to give them when I called. I was thinking that maybe the secret number may get me some help, but when I got through to the warranty dept. I was told there was nothing they could do, and that they had no idea what the secret number was for. It seems to me that there should be better communication between departments. I'm now stuck with a unit that is sometimes unreadable and a boom box that won't accomadate the newere units with the universal docking capabilites. |

| Hey 4Q2 |
I bought another radio from sirius. I tried to cancel the order with no luck. I returned the radio to Sirius and waitng on a credit to my credit card. It cost me about $100.00. They gave me a credit for .88. I tried several times calling customer service. After waiting 45 minutes on hold I was disconnected. It looks like Im going to have to seal with my credit card company and not customer service.
SIRIUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! |
