I have a Starmate that is about 1 1/2 years old. It works fine and I have had no reception problems with it.

Anyone have a tip on how to keep the suction cup mounted to the windshield. I put it up, it lasts for a week or so, and then keeps falling off.

Is there an updated mouting kit, that anyone knows of?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions/help.

I bought one of the after market suction cups - been on for almost a year and no problems, heat or cold. Of course I just jinxed myself I am sure!!

Here's a link - price has gone up about $6.00 since I bought mine in Feb '06...
