I'm sick of this shit. I have Comcast cable and the last update was on 12/14/06. I'm tired of hearing the excuses. This shit should have been solved by now.
I'm tired of everyone passing the buck. Doug Goodstein says it's the cable providers, the cable providers don't give a shit.
As soon as I see the Bubba Wedding clips I'm cancelling this shit.

I'm dealing with the same shit. Live in Baltimore, zip code 21230. I keep on calling comcast and they say they have nothing to do with it. They won't offer any help as to who I can talk to to fix the problem. Why is it worth paying for this service if we can't even see the new content?
Any advice from any one is appreciated! |

| I have comcast and the newest show I have is 1/10. I never had update problems the first few months after Howard TV came out, but now I'm lucky if the daily shows are up by thursday. The 9/11 special didn't show up on my system until 9/22. I've had Howard TV since it came out, but I think it's time to cancel. |

| yea, I live in Chicago and I haven't had a update since 1-10...I got Sirius for Christmas so I don't know how much longer I'll put up w/ this...I might switch to Show time b/c at least they update...Although, I love HTV when they do update so I dont know |

| I am on Cablevison Long Island, and was also thinking I had not received an updated program in almost a month. However that is not the case. Upon a closer look at the episode description I realized that there are new shows being posted such as the "Gas Smell", but with the wrong dates (ie. 1/10/2006 instead of 1/10/2007). I'm not saying that's the case with your MSO, but you might want to check. |

Beetlejuice Special is still not up!!!
I called Comcast on 8 separate occassions and finally got someone to admit that comcast does have something to do with On Demand. They told me that their headquarters were aware of the people and were in the process of fixing it. This was last week, and I'm still having the same problems. I've also noticed that HBO is not updated as well (series such as Rome). What can we do to get these people off their asses? |
