I am sure that this has been talked about before, but does anyone know if there are any plans to put howard tv on direct tv? What about an internet site for those of us who do not have standard cable? Are either of these possible?

I have a friend who works at DirecTV & he said that the in demand capabilities for satellite are roughly 1-2 years away.

I would love a website that I could use to download all of the Howard TV stuff. Some things are available on the internet illegally but a pay per download site would kick ass. Something like Bubba's www.bubbaraw.com would be great for those of us who don't have Howard TV available to us for one reason or another.

They should set up a site like on demand where you pay a monthly fee and can watch all the shows for us that can't get it on cable

iN DEMAND Networks is a private company that is owned by a consortium of cable companies and have exclusive rights to the HSS. IDN was formed to provide content and a competitive advantage to CABLE companies.

i think that watching stuff on the net is a move in the wrong direction
it's a step backwards in sound/audio quality
i think it should be there for people who want that but it should not "replace" the beautiful hi def on demand picture quality (or in most cases, DVD quality)
internet audio/video always sounds and looks like shit |

Ok,
I live in Farmington MN and Charter Comunication now carries Howard TV. I currently have Direct TV and I'm not really happy with their customer service, let me just say that I have at least 7 months of free movie channels from them and from February 06 through August 06 I had a "service" tech out here at least every 2 weeks (I'm not kidding)
My question is, Which is better for the value in your opinion, Howard TV or Bubba Raw.
The only drawback quitting Direct TV is that I lose NFL SUnday ticket and NBA League pass as I am a HUGE Bulls and Bears fan...Charter offers the MLB package so I can still watch the Sox.
But I am tempted going with Charter just for Howard TV, Does anyone have Charter and are they having the same issues as Comcast with the updating of shows?
HELP!!!!!

I see Verizon is now offering TV. Any chance of Howard TV being added as a channel?
