We already signed Maddox (old as fuck), fought for Randy Johnson and now we are trying hard to get Wells. Is it 1997 or 2007 Kevin Towers? Spend some fucking money on pitchers in their 20's. and the Padres wonder why attendance drops every year.

If the Yankees needed a lefty they probably would go after the fat fuck. He certainly fits their criteria of being old and washed up.

I think those bridges have been burned. His lame World Series start in 2003 pretty much ended it for him there.

I agree with you with everything but Maddux. He is a good pick up for any team in the National League. He is still a big game pitcher and he will probably be able to teach Peavy and Young a few things.
