If Bubba is having trouble sleeping...he should just smoke pot before he goes to bed. When I start getting tired...I fire up a bowl or 2...and then I'm good to go and sleep.
It has actually improved my sleep schedule (who woulda thought that pot had benefits other than getting high...haaaaaa)
I sleep the best after I've smoked...so, that's my recommendation... |

I can tell you that my large vocabulary is almost entirely as a result of my mother being a Polyglot and my father being a PhD (and also knowing more than one language).
I may not "show" it very often here on a message board, but I really am a big reader. It's because no one in my family talked down to me.
Others in my family have a similar experience. there's no bums in my family |

Both my parents had high-school educations, but neither one of them were what I'd call dumb. One of the very few nice things I can say about my father is that he did encourage me to get good grades in school. I don't know how I was raised though as far as babytalk and "normal" talk. I just know that was something I was consciously going to do -- talk to my daughter normally. |

That is true, but with that equation manson is still never going to win.
If they went with body fat% loss / original bodyfat % - that would make it more fair for the skinnier guys.
But if it were me, I'd go with your equation and don't worry if Manson can't win, he shouldn't have been in shape in the first place! |

Funny how attitudes change, Bubba was pissed at SFN, Howard wished it would "blow up."
A lot of people were disappointed this morning when there was no announcement. Maybe he's building up suspense. |
