Anyone else get this when trying to play an episode? Time Warner's customer service department are brutal!

in my experience-different error messages pop up for god know what reason.... sometimes if you just try again- or a third time it'll go through

it is a pain in the ass

I'm having the same problem here but I get error code 145. I called TW and they were no help. My howard tv menu selection is now completely gone, they said they have to send out a tech. I had adelphia here for years and they had great service and customer service. Ever since Time Warner took of both have been horrible. :rolleyes:

I have Bright House Networks not Time Warner, but sometimes when I get an error message A hard reboot (unplug the box, wait at least 2 min, then plug it back in) fixes the problem.

i have cablevision... the post above mine is correct- unplug wait then plug back in


also ALWAYS call back when they say there isn't anything else to do and they have to send out a tech...i was so angry one day because i knew taht the cable people had to reboot my box-she couldn''t understand-so i was polite and sch. the appointment- i called right back, got another agent on the phone and fixed it in 2 minutes... he said you always call back when someone says they can't do anymore


i used to be in customer service... if i treated people the way i get treated on the phone i would've been fired ugh

I've been getting a couple different error codes trying to watch "Miss HS Drunk" in the "Girls Girls Girls" catagory. Same thing on all 3 boxes. Anyone else having that problem with this video on Comcast in South Jersey?

I'll have to try unplugging the box to see if that works, but I think something got screwed up when On Demand sent the file to Comcrap. I just hope it can be fixed before they take the video down on March 1st.

I have Time Warner, stuff like that happens a lot and not just with HTV. Usually I just reboot the box (unplug the cable cord then plug it back in. The box will turn on after about 5 mins then it works fine.
