| Have a dip competition for half the purse or $2500. Dips are a chest and upper body excercise on two parrallel bars. The less you weigh and the stronger you are the easier it is to do dips. Who increases the amount of dips they do over eight weeks the most would win half the purse. This would also encourage the weight loss guys not to get totally weak when they are losing weight. It would also give Brent another 4 weeks to work on his diet and improve his physical fitness. |
