...who gave him praise but then started going off about others taking time off.
I thought it was funny, but then felt it was kind of sad that Bubba couldnt let the guy give his honest opinion because he feels he owes his success to others and is so afraid of losing his gig that he wont let anything bad be said about them. :( |

No. Fuck the whiners. Best fucking entertainment you can buy, and all some people can do is bitch and moan. Either be supportive, or go the fuck away. |

It's not that the guy wasn't putting Bubba over, it's that he was trying to drive a wedge between Howard and Bubba by making comments about Bubba taking Howard's throne, the two guys who need to stick together the most!! Honestly, I think it's AWESOME that Bubba gets a morning show. He'll be back in his element, Morning Drive Time. Congrats to Bubba and the Crew. This is the sign of a job WELL done!!! |

WGAS about that dyke? We're talking about Bubba here! He's not rocking any boats and trying to keep a good thing going. Why would any of us try and jeopardize our jobs just to save face for customers/fans? I damn sure wouldn't and have had to sit there and watch MANY people gain from my efforts as Bubba is doing. He's helping build the next empire. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will the Bubba Army. The Army is not complete yet. There are many other recruits that are yet to be brought on board (ie corporate big wigs). Yes they know he's producing, but to what level? At this point, he's still proving himself to the higher ups, not the fans. We're with him all the way, but we don't cut his deals. As Hogan said, "Every man cuts his own deal." Well, Bubba cut the current one and is working towards/on the next one. |

Exactly.
How many times does Bubba have to defend Howard's vacations. If he had a call screener, he never would have to - but he doesn't screen his calls.
There might never be a media mogul like Howard, if he can take vacation as much as he does, and still build an empire - good for him, he's put his time in, he is the King.
Bubba is blessed just to be on the channels, and be a part of Howards name. He's gained more hardcore fans that will follow him anywhere in the last year, than he ever would have anywhere. And he would be the first one to say that he was out of options, he might still be off air if not for Howard.
Bubba goes way out of his way (above and beyond) to make us fans happy, way more than Howard ever did..... but cutting that call short was just him showing why he has been smart enough to get where he is. |

And I do believe that it highly possible that Bubba feels Howard deserves the time off he gets. I think that Bubba understands that Howard is the end-all be-all in radio history...a radio God if you will...and acts accordingly.
Plus Stern's kind of his boss and he did pluck Bubba out of purgatory. |

but howard didnt "pluck" Bubba...Sirius had already been talking to Bubba before Howard even came along. When they talked to Howard about putting him on his channels, thats when he came into the picture...but even then he didnt really know Bubba or want to meet him, he was just like "whatever, put him on". |

| Even with the vacations, I think it is the cheapest entertainment available. It is amazing Howard can still put a show together this entertaining after 25 years. |

| I think that the joining of sirius and xm will show that sirius really dominates the piece o shit xm and the xm stations will be the ones getting the axe not the sirius channels |
