I spoke to Canada sometimes when i would call...Directv...i think...for support. No wait it was ATT Wireless. The girl was so damn nice and such a cute voice. I wouldn't have known except she would slip in a little....abooot...from time to time. |

I hope so, but I won't know for sure until I get rolling. The mechanic that did the leakage work yesterday said he replaced every hose that had coolant running through it. He found another leak with my Tripack (it's a generator w/inverter package), so Thermo King was doing some work on it this morning. If it's not fixed, it'll be right back here again next week! |

LOL...that is such a stereo type...but it's accurate. Hey, when you go to a Home Depot or something like that they have the little scanner things at the tills...they're made by a company named Symbol...their call centre is in one of our buildings here. Not sure why I told you, just adding to the info that not all call centres are in the 3rd world. |

I've been pretty happy with Vonage actually. The only problem I have is the crappy dlink router which they are swapping out for me. Love India or hate it but they seem here to stay for cust service centers. |

I love the EA NHL series. I have owned everyone since 94. I am not a huge fan of the online. There is to many BS players and its hard to get a game unless you are high ranked. |

True...that's why I don't play online often. Though I've stopped playing it pretty much...too easy to score this year and I find the goalies for both teams are sieves. |

I had nothing but bad quality, Dropping lines. The guy did said it works better for others in different areas. |

it was funny because it was a long call...maybe 45 min or so. i laughed the first time she said aboot and we talked about it. i must have made her second guess herself because she would say...shoot....every time she did an aboot slip after that. i think the call lasted so long because we spent most of it laughing at her slips. |

I had that problem too, but I adjusted the game play settings to make 4 out 5 games close to the end. |

Happy w/ Vonage here, as well...I have had a couple issues in the two years I've been a customer, but they turned out to be a faulty router or a problem with my internets...I was using the wrong one...:D |

I've had pretty good quality...better than cell for sure...no dropped lines. it could be your ISP or maybe the way you have the box hanging behind your router....just thinking. |

Don't get the Dlink VWR router until they get the damn bug list below 100 known bugs. It does ok for calls but shitty for home networking if you are using wireless. |

I had the provider out and they tuned their system up (No issues there) and I was on with Vonage Tech alot as well. Vonage did tell me that my ISP (Who now provides Phone Service) was suspected of sabatoge on vonage users. Yet Vonage had my ISP's Customer Service and Tech Help lines blocked on their service. We had to use your cell phones to reach the ISP |

Hard to say which one I liked better...I thought the end to Jackass 2 dragged a little (the terrorist skit) but overall I think I liked 2 slightly better...the opening skit with the snake is frickin' awesome. |

I'm just using the Linksys that was supplied by Vonage...Got it plugged into my wireless router...It works OK unless I the power goes out...I have to power down, then back up in sequence...Kind of a pain, but not Vonage's fault... |

I heard about ISP's doing things like that here in the US but the goverment was supose to crack down on them for that. In short the ISP didn't want vonage on their system because they want to sell you their IP phone. not sure about the numbers being blocked though. |

The Vonage Lynksys router is supose to be pretty good. I'm trading my stuff in for the little moto box that hangs off your normal router. |

They had some other numbers we could only reach by cell phone but I cant recall them. I asked the customer service guy about it when he told me about the ISP issues. He neither confirmed or denyed it he insted gave me and special number that I could use to reach my ISP on the vonage system. This number gets you to the ISP but it is a number that the ISP does not list on their websites or documentation. |

The word is that he has been busy with the golf deal and then has enjoyed more than the USGA acceptable amount of consumable barley pops and has had issues with his small motor skills. Pictures will be available at some point, he has posted one to date I believe. |

With GPS it's not unusual for (high end) cars to come with that technology. you can get GPS on cell phone/bluetooth devices so it now almost as common as snot. :hw: |
