These are the rules every Country on Earth must subject themselves to.
You can't have an active Military unless you:
a- buy your weaponry from US Defense contractors
b- disclose the details of your military arsenal
c- get US approval for training excercises
You must grant energy development contracts to US corporations ONLY. Only if they turn down the opportunity you may then offer them to foreign entities.
Your government must be pro-US, democracy is not necessary. Depending on the levels of Anti-US sentiment, you will:
a- suffer under US sanctions
b- suffer under UN sanctions
c- be targeted by US para-military and intelligence forces
d- be attacked by a US proxy
e- be bombed from both the air and cruise missiles
f- Full blown ground invasion and occupation of your country (this especially holds true if you have an abundance of natural resources)
You may only use the US Dollar as your benchmark currency. Using another currency like the Euro will subject you to the rules above.
You must grant the US all-out basing rights on "your" territory. Failure to do so will also place you in the category above.
No Nation may possess Nuclear weapons unless the United States allows it, regardless of whether of not hostile Neighbors possess them.
Israel must constantly be exonerated of ANY wrongdoing. Any sympathy for the occupation and incarceration of the Nation of Palestine is tantamount to the previous categorization, and will deal with the above mentioned consequences.
Any "Ally" of the US who keeps a steady supply of affordable energy can be exempt from any of the previous rules, regardless of the Anti-US sentiment rule or the Israeli rule.
An "Ally" of the US who lacks vast Natural resources can still circumvent those rules if they are a staunch supporter of the Bush administration.
Even if your Nation only contributes less than 100 troops to a US military action, you automatically become part of the Coalition and reap massive benefits in both economic and security concerns. If your Nation refuses to contribute to US military action, any reference to your Nation will be wiped out of popular culture and replaced with the word "Freedom".
Nations should follow these rules of face massive and wanton destruction, lynching of their leaders even if they were appointed by the United States. |
