As a West Coast listener, I am just happy that Bubba got a morning slot on 101. I can catch the replay at it's normal time if I miss something. The extra stress of producing two shows a day may be too much for the guys. Dont over do it.
engrey
Two shows. Stupidest fucking idea ever. He doesnt work hard enough??
Black Sabbath
I just want one fucken morning show on the west caost!!!!!!!!
gay4artie
The only reason Bubba wants to do a show twice in one day is to spend as much time with the two people he's most in love with..himself and Brent. I'm happy he's gonna do two shows..i can't get enough of the mental beat down he smashes Brent with everyday! good stuff. Besides,it's the only way he can get the guys to hang out with him, and be his friend ..or force them to hang out with him outside the studio. P.S. I sooo glad God decided to take all those lives in the red states this morning..bus crashes and tornados..God sure is an exciting killer!!!
Brents Chops
i agree that the west coast is getting the short end of the stick. When i get in my car on friday i catch the last hour now in the morning and that feels worthless like i missed to much to start listening at that point.. then by the time noon comes around the show feels old. At this point the best thing they can do is repeat the show right after itself.
hardcoregamer16
that is one of funniest things I have ever heard gay4artie. And I would love to hear Buuba twice a day, and finally a radio host that wants to do radio.
asskickinEMT
Lets see, hmm,Howard does 4 shows a week, takes every Friday off, takes more vacations than George W. Bubba works 4 evenings a week, and one morning and people want to know if he needs to do 2 live shows on Fridays? Seems to me Howard needs to do one live show in the afternoon on Fridays and let Bubba take Friday afternoons off. :kickass:
dogpatchusa
one with a replay is just fine let not burn him outas well brent does need the time to get quite and watch the news for more things the government is fucking up in our lives
profzoom
I would like 2 shows if Bubba could handle it or no morning show and keep the afternoon show live.

I don't get to listen to the entire morning show and waiting for the replay all day sucks the Master Tapes suck ass I would prefer a Bubba replay all day on 101 for Fridays and no Mater crap tapes.
budone
once is enough
Clownpuncher
one show is fine but a replay starting at 6 pst would be nice. Or start the replay at 7 pst right after the show ends. This waiting until noon thing sucks.
AssMcGillicutty
I love Bubba, the guys and the entire show but he's got to stop butting in everytime someone is talking. Trigg and Goldberg were telling a good story as to how Goldberg hated him at first and it was getting in it good when Bubba interrupted with an ADD attack and we lost the rest of the discussion because Bubba can't pay attention for over 10 seconds at a time.

Like I said, I love the show but let the guests finish what they're saying sometimes.
Rogue Guy
Once a day... in the REGULAR afternoon slot.

Why is the left coast getting screwed on this? Why is it so hard for Sirius to realize there are different time zones and we deserve a LIVE show.

To all the east coasters who say big deal, you're all selfish, you get Howard LIVE, you get Bubba LIVE (Mon-Thur and Friday morning). You guys make the arguement that we get a new Bubba show replayed Friday.... have you ever eaten cold fries? It doesn't taste the same, nothing better than hot and fresh.

I didn't want to swear.... but this is fucking bullshit and I'm pissed!
AISSA19
One is good.
Let them have a head start on the weekend.
AZ Marine
two live shows in one day, are you trying to kill the man. That is just fucking stupid.I can deal with the replay. He work hard enough for my entertainment.
brokenthumb
I agree with most of the replies....no second show needed. I'm afraid the second show would lag after doing 4 hours in the morning. Bubba's just offering that up to try and appease everyone when really all that has to happen is for Sirius to pull their heads outta their asses correct the friday morning scheduling for those of us on the west coast! I love the bits from Howard's old shows....but I can't stand listening to the entire MTT shows.

It would be great exposure for Bubba. Bubba's show has finally passed first base and is now rounding second on the Howard Channels, this would be great. The challenge would fall on Brent, if he can produce a second great show under those circumstances, which is very demanding. If Spice and the others step up to help Brent with content, it could be done for a while. If they do second show and coast, it will show to the fans and it will backfire. If they do a great show, they round second and head for third.

Tough call....Bubba can only do it if the content is handed to him on a platter or he will burn out. This falls on Brent in the end.
otherone4life
2 live shows in one day why? Accept your west coast feed and like it.
hillbillysteve
Once is enough, with the replay, I can pick up what I may have missed. Love the Friday morning show, its about the only one that can can listen to more than a couple of hours of.
Hermit Hustler
The west coast already gets screwed and if they do 2 shows am I expected to stay up until 3am to catch to first show and then pass out at 7am, back up at noon to catch the second show, this will totally mess up the west coast fans.

Steve Martin jumping up and down: "Yay...Yay...the phone books are here!"

Two shows would be murder on Bubba and the crew. It's all good the way it is.
Mars71
2 shows would be great but with that said, I don't think Bubba and Crew should work twice as hard to appease everyone. Maybe if he did 2 live shows the Friday before he goes on vacation for a week or some other special occasion. I would never expect him to do 2 shows EVERY Friday for months on end.
catdr9155
Strange voting results when most of the replies say just one live show is sufficient. Interesting

Bubba does not need to do another show. Bulldog needs to replay Bubba's show as soon as the live show is done on 101. It's not like we don't know mastertapes are on 100 all day.
DaOutlaw
doing 2 shows a day would be overkill for Bubba and the Gang... It would be too hard to produce 8 hours of programming for a full day show...

I agree, loop the show over until the Special Programming.

Why does everyone make this out to be that SIRIUS is MAKING Bubba do two shows? BUBBA is the one who suggested it..NO ONE ELSE.."it's gonna be murder on him and his crew".."give him a head start on the weekend" ..."doesn't the man work hard enough"?...give ME a fucking break!! The only FUCK UP sirius is making is not giving the best show on sirius more than one prime time replay for the fans. DEATH TO MASTER TAPE THEATER. BRING BACK THE FRIDAY SHOW..OR REPLAY BUBBA ALL DAY!
