I dont think they make close to 100k which sucks but i'm pretty sure they aren't close to that.
johnknowface
they get paid in the m&ms that sal stuck in his penis pouch!!!!!!!

From what I understand, Howard has to pay all the expenses for his studio out of his salary...I don't know if that includes Fred, Robin, Artie and Baba Booey....I would be surprised if Fred, Artie and Gary get over $200,000 a year from Sirius....both Fred and Gary have said they would have to keep working if Howard retires in 3 years, so I don't think they are on "easy street" ....as to the gay boys, I would guess $50,000.00 a year tops, which of course ain't shit for living in NYC.
rozman
$600.00 per week $700.00 tops
JETTSET
I would have to say that they certainly make over 100k per year as anything less just would not cut it in NYC. No matter how much Sal loves to work for howard I highly doubt that his wife would have allowed him to leave a 6 figure job as a broker to work for peanuts in show business.
Czech54
$1,854.27 per week.
sparkybalz
Probably about 150K a year which is a little over 3G's a week. You got to give it to them, they know what people find funny. They do go a bit far sometimes but I think they are just trying to push to envelope, see how far they can go before getting yelled at by daddy Stern. :)
emtx
100k/year

----------------- BEFORE I TELL YOU SAL-RICHARD'S SALARY I MUST EXPLAIN THAT STUTTERING JOHN'S SALARY WAS A SALARY ALREADY RAISED MANY TIMES OVER AND OVER BECAUSE AFTER THE YEARS HE WAS AN INTERN AT THE SHOW THERE WERE YEARS HE WORKED AS A FULL SALARY PAID PERSON WHO GOT SALARY INCREASED AGAIN AND AGAIN A FEW TIMES. ------------- ADD TO THAT THE FACT THAT JOHN HAD A WIFE AND KIDS AND HE BOUGHT A PLACE WORTH HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OR EVEN WORTH MORE THAN THAT BY THE TIME HE LEFT THE SHOW AND BOUGHT MORE WITH HIS HOWARD STERN SHOW'S SALARY. ------------ SO, AFTER ADDING ALL THAT LETS DIVIDE IT BY 2, WHICH WAS WHAT THE SHOW DID. ------------- THE SHOW USED HIS SALARY TO HIRE SAL AND RICHARD. THE MINIMUM I THINK THEY GET IS OVER $50,000 EACH. ---------

800 a week is my best guess.

no he had massive debt before getting hired on Howard, he always said he was in the hole way before he took the Stern gig. Richard is probably doing fine because he basically had nothing before the show as far as debt and bad credit etc.. But Sal is still trying buring himself out of hole and add that with expenses of a House and family with children.

SAL --> overpaid! should be fired because he sucks penis

RICHARD --> not enough! hes funny and crazy, not in an annoying way.

When can I get the Sal and Richard CD?

Not till after Howard is done with them. I'm sure, if they don't find some way to stick with radio, they will start putting out jerky boys-esque CD's and DVD's.

I still have a feeling that once the show is kapoot, Howard will start cashing in on his catalogue and start putting out box sets... since he'll no longer need his stuff being exclusive to sirius.

What is going on here?

Now he makes a little money on the road maybe he makes a total of 80K. Richard does not have a family to support, and I am sure his apartment is not that good. It just seems to me that nobody other than Howard/Robin/Fred/Gary makes really good money. It just seems to me that Howard does not take care of the people who work on the show. Now granted I dont know what he does for his staff but getting that stock bonus he could of gave everybody 10K.

Howard illustrated rather effectively during the recent Stuttering John debacle, however, that these other positions really are entry level positions and that their staff does have the ability to shop themselves around if they want to get paid more. They don't need to stay. It's all about what the show and their paycheck is worth to them.
soxlover32
Whatever Sirius pays them, I'm sure they at least double that doing other things like gigs and selling merchandise. That is if they are smart. Oh wait, I forgot who we were talking about for a second. Whatever it is, I'm sure it's not enough! I mean look at the stuff they do.
Komprezer
they get to sniff howards dirty drawers
gator2607
I think Sal and Richard combined are worth way more than Stuttering John. I hope they are paid a lot more than what John ended up making there.
smokin5s
they probably make 6 figures... I will say that I'm sick of Richards gay jokes all the time.

They pool their tips like waiters...
Mr. Longdong
They make around 35K each a year and are highly overpaid.
duke75
My guess is around 50K per year.
HisBad
Unfortunately for Sal being a racist doesn't pay as well as being a stockbroker. $75K per.
asantoro
I'm saying 2K a week.
artierules63
Sal doesn't deserve air...much less airtime.
Johngilligan
I'd disagree with the 150k estimate and say more 75k tops. Richard is far more funnier, but Richard & Sal are a team and should only be split up when the "way too gay" stuff starts going down.

Petey Arms is right. When The Stern Show auditioned for Fill John's job, the winner would be given a 3 month probationary period and paid $25K. If the person worked and was asked to stay full time then they would make $100K per year. Plus any stand up comedy money the could bring in. Now the real question is this. What will Sal and Richard do when the show ends in 2 1/2 years?
bolaxed
Last year Artie asked a chick if he could shag her for 10K. He said it wasn't bad for half a days pay(so he's on 40k/week). He also gets about 70k/weekend so thats 160k/mth for the show and another 280k/mth for his standup.

Richard eats at Applebys so he's probably on about 5-6k/mth.

What about Ralph?

1 hr/week to show Howard some clothes.

Howard probably pays that 'knob end' about 5k/week for that. If it's any more than that, my cocks a kipper.

When they first had the contest Win John's Job, Richard was the winner, and he got $25k for a provisional period of 3 months. If he worked out, and he did, they would keep him on full time. Based on the first 3 months that would be $100k a year. I bet they both make that, plus whatever extra they make doing standup.
JOHNNYROASTBEEF
i'd say 80 grand a year
Froggy
$600/week after taxes

80K per year

I attended this past weekend's Fangoria Weekend of Horrors at the Crowne Plaza in Secaucus, NJ. Richard, along with the director and Chris Jericho were on a panel discussing Albino Farm.

Richard was well informed about the horror genre and great to listen to. My buddy Eugene Driscoll from NewsTimes in CT was in the audience and was throwing out some questions to him via live chat on the Stern Fan Network. Richard was very cool. One of the questions was an F Mary Kill.

The question was "Who would you F, Marry or Kill? Michael Myers, Leatherface or Norman Bates."

Richard laughed since they were all men but entertained the question anyway.

Richard said he would marry Michael Myers since Halloween is his favorite movie, kill Leatherface because he is so ugly and F Norman Bates.

The crowd went wild.

I caught the screening of Albino Farm and guarantee that Stern fans will be echoing one of Richard's classic lines "Welcome to your salvation." This is the dark and crazier side of the Stern character that we all know and love.

Here's a link to Richard talking about his love for horror movies that I captured on my cell phone.

I'd put them around 60-80k...which isnt much with the cost of living in the New York Area. I'm guessing the extra-gigs are a nice add as well. Pay em' in my opinion...they are funny as hell
jwaj
fuck this, what does JD make? :D

finally saw Richard in Harold n Kumar. It didn't look like him.
LeeRoy Brown
artie said once that he made at least 10 times what sal and richard make, so I assume they make at least 100k/yr.

I think Sal is supposed to be the guy every one loves to hate. He's like the asshole wrestler.

Sal is a severely damaged individual. He is unable to honestly understand how he affects people.

Whatever it is, it's not enough! They are one of the top reasons I listen; I love the phoney-phone call when Richard calls the lady, who's eating and can't understand him. He asks for one thing; then, in his voice, he asks for something else. I think that is hilarious!

Who asks "how much per week? What kind of thinking is that. I've never heard a job offer stated as x dollars per week. My guess is $55k and that's a gift. Real (TV, like Seinfeld class) writers would get 200 - 300k.

So what is the consensus of the group; how much do we think that these clowns get?

My Guess would be somewhere in the 50-75K Range. Plus, they get paid for their comedy and personal appearances. I bet they do ok. Not bad for teabagging and prank calls!
