ON THE NEXT FERRALL SHOW:
HOW ABOUT ALL THOSE QUESTIONS FERRALL ASKED DANA WHITE THAT PISSED HIM OFF SO MUCH AT COLUMBUS ABOUT UFC BUYING PRIDE ! WHO'S LAUGHING NOW ? UFC BOUGHT THEM LATE MONDAY AND ANNOUNCED IT AT A PRESS CONF IN TOKYO. THE PRICE TAG WAS NEARLY 70 MILLION. THE VALUE OF PRIDE DROPPED RECENTLY WHEN THEIR FIGHTS IN VEGAS DIDN'T MAKE MONEY. THEY WERE GOOD FIGHTS, THEY JUST DIDN'T GET ENOUGH PPV BUYS FROM FANS. THE UFC TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THAT AND NOW CONTROLS THE POPULAR MMA SPORT FOR ALL INTENSE PURPOSES. THEY'VE CORNERED THE MARKET. WE'LL TALK ABOUT IT TONIGHT ON THE SHOW.
TENTATIVE UPCOMING DATES:
UFC BASH AT HURLEY'S ON SATURDAY APRIL 7TH AT 8p. 48TH ST IN MANHATTAN BETWEEN 8TH AND BROADWAY. PARK DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM BAR AND BRING STUB FOR HALF-OFF PARKING($18).
