exactly, which is why I limit the amount of students and the time we have them at work.. they are great, but it is a lot of work and supervision and fixin fuck ups sometimes.. |

I only do the tile now... I was getting a house every couple weeks before... they have to be pretty much gutted to the bare brick and started from scratch... it's a fucked up process... it would be far cheaper to just knock them the fuck down... |
