Yet again one more reason to get behind the dave rice show thread....not that he needs more work. Like I said boys....Rice is the one person bubba CAN'T just replace or live without. Without Dave Rice, we have no Bubba Show....Semicolon
Bubba is a smart dude and will do something to help out Dave Rice but so often your core guys get pushed beyond burnout and they can't be saved. |

| Dave Rice is the brains behind the scenes. I can understand his frustration, but the show has always sounded great no matter how many ticks Bubba hears on the mics. Good job Dave. |

| I could've sworn that I said Dave Rice is the most invaluable person at the BRN after Bubba. The guy is the shit. He is simply an engineering genius, and guys like him are irreplaceable (not to mention he is down-to-earth like Manson). I sincerely hope they are able to find him a calm medium in everything that's been heaped upon him lately. |

Just got added here.
Simply put, the only reason I caved in and got satellite radio was for the Bubba Show.
Hiring someone for IT purposes will not be an easy, or cheap, task.
Anyone worth their salt, will not come cheap.
I know, simply because I have been in this field for over 15 years now.
But, I would be willing to take a salery cut, if Bubba asked me. :>
But, only a small cut. Still got to get "nessarry" stuff. |

| Being in IT is more than just fixing computers especially if you're on Microsoft software. Upgrading, patching, anti-virus, networks, backing up data, servers, databases, e-mail & spam filtering...etc. Having internet connections means firewalls, redundant lines, content filtering. What happens if Dave is sick or can't make it in? |

This is why a real IT staffer or staff is needed. Dave needs to do what he does best.
To make things go smooth, in any business, having people do specific things, without overlap, will cause the machine to work efficiently.

| I appreciate everyone saying what a good IT man is or what great help an intern is but people in general need to recognize he is an engineer. Dave Rice is the one person that Bubba can’t lose. Manson, Ned, Spice, Brent, Big Dick and so on all bring something to the show and that’s all great but the show doesn’t happen without Dave Rice. Dave Rice is a god amongst boys.
