| Just watched the episode where Doug Goodstein blew up at Ralph...and he was TOTALLY justified. I've always found Ralph annoying but now I understand that he is just scum of the fucking Earth. On the one hand he's a lazy fuck who wants to take a 3 week vacation from his one-day-a-week job. But then when Doug tries to explain how retarded the idea of that is, Ralph completely goes off topic and insults his wife and infant. Not only that, but he got NO support from the rest of the staff...in fact Howard even said "I didn't think Ralph did anything over the line." Are you kidding me? If some fuckin jerkoff insulted my wife and baby because of a vacation argument, I'd fuckin level him with a sledgehammer. |

| I really did not understand Ralph either. He could fly out for six days, come back style Howard on the seventh day and then fly back out probably that same day. Plus, if he is going out there for Howard business then he probably will try to write it off (at least partially) on Howard). He may already have this but if Ralph was smarter he could build himself an agency and do all types of celebs! |

| I found it interesting that following the weekend when Howard's chess id got out, Doug flipped out over something stupid. He even mentioned how hard his TV staff works, which leads me to believe that Howard or someone yelled at him for not blurring the id. |

| We all know that Howard is the one who gives Ralph these easy jobs to make money that is a fact. The problem is that if anybody else on the staff was doing was Howard is doing for a friend he would be all over them. Ralph must of been a very good friend to Howard over the years. |
