Is it down because they think the merger is going to be denied?

Could it be down because of Howards vacation?

The chairman of the FCC was interviewed this morning. My take is he's favoring the NAB (National Association of Broadcasters / Clear Channel) monopoly.
In the end, all the NAB / Clear Channel has to do is bribe...oops, I mean "contribute"... more money than XM / Sirius. The FCC and its chairman are not going to take away bribes...oops, I mean "contributions," from congressmen because they will lose their seats on the gravy train. |
