NO PROBLEM
Since the favored to finish in 2nd Jays have not pulled away, the Yanks bats and pen will carry us and keep it close till we blow away the Jays and open a double digit lead in the Al East by August |

You know, while it is scary to have 3 starters on the DL at the same time, it's nice to know there's some really good stock in the farm.
Chase Wright and Tyler Clippard look great, and even Hughes looks pretty decent in AAA. Humberto Sanchez needs to get healthier, but the kids look good.
Imagine if Chase Wright comes out throwing fire and wins a bunch of games... |

| Who are the Yankees? Call ESPN and tell them they should be covered more often. |

That'd be awesome. He looked real good in spring, and he's carried that to Trenton where he has 14 straight scoreless innings. Ohlendorf and Steven Jackson (both obtained in the Unit trade) also impressed me this spring. I think Ohlendorf can start sometime this year. On a sidenote, when the Yanks were in negotiations with Arizona, it was reported that they had a choice between Ohlendorf and Micah Owings. Owings is already up with Arizona this year and has pitched well. I hope Cash didn't make a mistake here. |

You're looking forward to seeing some zit-faced punks from AA ball getting lit up in the Major Leagues? I as a Red Sox fan is really looking forward to that, but as you nuge, as a so-called Yankee fan, shouldn't be. :funny: Like they said on Baseball Tonight, it's time for the Yankees to hit the panic button. :D
This is going to be fun to watch! :munch: |

If Cash had put in more money to go with Unit, he would have had Owings along with Ohlendorf and Jackson.
Owings was the prize their. Just missed. |
