He wants air time and the spot light. You should under no circumstance know these guys name they think they are bigger then the game, Its bullshit. He should be fired right now.

Nobody fucks with the crawford family.
Watch the HBO documentation on him, his brother who is an Umpire in MLB and his grandfater who used to be an NBA/MLB ref; guy just has so much respect towards him it is hard to knock him down.
Although I do think the ejection was a little over the top. |

| I didn't see the game or highlights so I can't comment about the injection. I love Tim Duncan. I think he's the best I've ever seen behind Jordan. I absolutely love the way he plays the game. I still don't think he gets the credit he deserves for being one of the all time greats. But, even I have to admit, he does complain about every call or non-call. |

I find that of most NBA players now-which in addition to the constant fouling and time outs. Players look to complain about calls before they even know who the call is against now and I just get sick of them all debating these obvious fouls. |

Tim Duncan is one of the biggest assholes and whiners in the NBA. With that said, I like the way he plays the game and he is definitely an old school fundamental like player.
The biggest problem I have with Duncan is his constant complaining and whining during the games, everybody think's he's this quiet no-nonsense type of guy (he is off the court) but on the court he acts like he's never committed a foul in his life.
If you've ever heard him interviewed he also comes off as a boring jerk. Reporters ask him a question and he gives nothing but boring 1 word responses.
Everybody in the NBA knows not to mess with Joey Crawford. He does what most of the other refs are supposed to do and that's keep the game in order and keep whiners like Duncan from mouthing off. It sucks this had to happen during such an important game, but this sends a clear message to players. |

Apparently the Commissioner David Stern had a discussion with Joey Crawford about this exact incident; so the 2nd one should not have been called and he should not have been ejected.
Wow this is stunning a little bit especially since it does not look like he is coming back; on ESPN News there was some stuff said about that. |

You are a ref, we should not know your name, they show way to emotion, especially when a team is at home and on a huge run and the draw a charge, the refs almost bust a nut, they should show no emotion |
