tried to cancel my 2 subs today but Sirius would'nt let me. They asked why, and I told them I will be to busy to listen until the end of the summer. They said they could put my subs on hold to save the activation fee when I re hook up after the summer. But I will probably buy a newer radio when I hook up so I told them I would rather just cancel. Then she gave me two months free. What could I say but yes. They must want to keep their numbers up, but why?
I wonder if anyone else had this experience? |

| AOL is usually the one that won't let you cancel. But Sirius WILL charge your credit card without any warning that your subscription is due. Its happened 2 times to me in 3 years. I would have re-upped anyway but just a nice warning woulda been cool. I can't believe the stocks down to under 3 bucks.. |

Seriously, you are such a tool. I was a subscriber since Dec. 2005 and now just say forget it. My commute is less now and all of Sirius except Howard sucks.
One torrent can last me a few days. As for Howard's profits, he's already cashed in with his stock sales and doesn't care. Notice he doesn't push Sirius anymore? |

The fact of ther matter is that you can walk into a store. steal an item and then justify the theft by saying "the store still rakes in tons of profit, so it's no big deal".

I don't understand all the people bitching about Sirius. There's no fucking way i'd go back to regular radio, even if Howard quit tomorrow. The music channels are good and i'd rather listen to an hour of music during my commute rather than 25 minutes of shit music and 35 minutes of commercials. Fuck terrestrial radio.

if you log onto your account on their site I bet you'll find that you've set yourself up for recurring payments. You have the option to let it automatically re-bill or not. after the eleventh month, they not only sent me notice in the mail informing me that it was about to expire, but they also called me about a week beforehand which is when i paid for another year. |

| Like with any subscription service everything is reoccurring and in order to stop it, you need to cancel prior to the billing date. Online if you look at your account it will tell you when payment is due and how much. |

The only thing is the downloaded versions don't have commercials, so its debatable. If the people behind Howard-TV were smart they would offer a web-based version of the service for people without digital cable, similar to MLB tv. |

I'm pissed because the dock was stolen for my sportster and I can't find that model car kit ANYWHERE. It's 55 dollars at the ONE place I found it, but I'd rather just get a new one for that much.

I enjoy the show on Sirius. But, I have to say I'm very disappointed in HTV. I will be canceling Howard TV on monday.
I hope not to get banned. But, listening to materpiece theater reminds me of how much Howard use to put into his shows. Just great stuff to listen to. Maybe they should just play masterpiece monday through thursday and just have Howard in on friday. I hope never to see him retire. Just seems like the show is headed in this direction. |
