When I got married, I obtained an official wedding etiquette book from a large retail chain that rented tuxedoes.
The book stated that you have up to one year to send out wedding thank you notes. People who get mad on that point are unaware of this rule and therefore they are either Philistines or aliens. |

i like how her excuse was that she just got the list printed with the gifts and who sent them.
one person opens a gift and one person writes down what it is and who it's from. then take that list and get addresses from the invitation list.
thank you cards should go out a week after the presents are opened.
